AHHHHH !!! I love this! ………. I love anything that looks like peppermint candies. I particularly like the clean and simple lines . This was designed using the Dresden quilt ruler. Out of all the sewing machine covers I have seen this has to be my favorite so far, but I can also imagine it as a cute wall hanging for a sewing room! First I need to work on getting a sewing machine ( fingers crossed and hopin’ santa will bring me one:}) I always borrow my mom’s machine or go to her shop and break hers, I mean use her machine there. If you have a lot of fat quarters just sitting around wondering what to do, cut them into standard size scrap and be ready to use and enjoy any of the number of patterns and tutorials designed for pre-cut fabrics.

PS–If you find that your fabric is a bit narrow, start with the 10″ & 5″ charms & if there’s not enough for the full 2″ strip it can go in your string bin!
