A huge THANK YOU to all who attended the “It’s A Party” Shop Hop. We hope you all had as much fun as we did. It’s so nice for everyone to get out and enjoy the fun with good friends.
I apologize for not sending an email lately – been a bit busy around here. I’ll try to do better.
BLOCK OF THE MONTH
Our next Block of the Month is now on display in the classroom. We will begin the quilt the 3rd Saturday in January.
This quilt is a row quilt so there will be one row made each month. Kellie Smith will be here between 10 and 1 on that Saturday to teach the new block.
Price will be $14 per month for either 7 or 8 months. Not sure on that yet.
Please come in and sign up or let us know if you are interested so we can start cutting kits.

Sweetheart Block of the Month (2013)
We still have some kits from the last BOM that have not picked up. We would appreciate you picking them up so we can start fresh on the new one.
We Need Your Help!
We are in the planning stages of new classes and need your input. Please send us an email with classes that you would like to see taught. We are considering the following:
Technique class – beginning, intermediate and advanced techniques
Purse class
Baby Quilt
Full Quilt
Scrap quilt – using 5″ squares
Table Runners
Pillows
Medallion Quilt
Mystery Quilt
If you have a specific technique, quilt or etc. that you would like taught please let us know. We want these classes to benefit you, to be what you want and to be fun.
Current Classes
Tomorrow is Free Sew Day!
Friday – Kellie Smith is teaching a “Getting to Know Your Machine” class. If you are not sure how to thread your machine, thread a bobbin, clean your machine and how to make different stitch lengths, different stitches, etc. This would be the class for you. We want you to be comfortable with your machine. 6-8 pm $20.
The “Learn to use the Long-Arm Classes” are going well. If you would like to learn this and be able to come and rent time, please call – we are booked until March unless we add some days.
